• Construction & Renovation

All services are subject to formal proposals and signed agreements.

2. Proposals & Contracts

All pricing, scope, timelines, and deliverables are defined in written proposals and formal agreements. Any change in scope may result in additional costs and timeline revisions.

3. Intellectual Property

All designs, layouts, drawings, 3D visualizations, specifications, and documentation created by MKR Groups remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or replication is prohibited.

4. Payments

Payment schedules and terms are defined in signed agreements.

Failure to adhere to payment timelines may result in suspension of work or delayed project handover.

5. Limitation of Liability

MKR Groups shall not be liable for:

• Delays caused by third-party vendors or force majeure events

• Client-supplied incorrect information

• Indirect or consequential losses
   

6. Warranty

Warranty terms, where applicable, are defined within individual project contracts and supplier agreements.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Chennai and Mumbai.
